- Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
- We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your order.
- Carrier selection may vary based on destination and shipping requirements.
Tracking Information
- When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- The Vault Shop is not responsible for delays, lost shipments or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control.
While we will assist customers in resolving shipping issues whenever possible, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs and unboxing video of:
- The shipping box
- Product packaging
- Damaged item(s)
We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Protection
For added peace of mind, customers may choose to purchase Shipping Protection during checkout.
Shipping Protection helps protect eligible shipped orders against:
- Loss during transit
- Theft after delivery
- Damage occurring during shipping
If a protected package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly for assistance with the claims process and to ensure claim deadlines are met.
Important Notes
- Shipping Protection is optional and can be selected during checkout.
- Coverage applies only to orders where Shipping Protection was purchased.
- Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation or evidence.
- Claim approvals, coverage determinations, and resolutions are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable protection provider.
- Shipping Protection does not cover incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
- Additional terms, limitations, exclusions, and eligibility requirements may apply.
Claim Timeframes
To remain eligible for coverage, claims must be submitted within the following timeframes:
- For packages marked as Delivered, claims must be submitted within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery date.
- For domestic shipments, claims must be submitted within 21 days of the shipment date (carrier pickup and scan).
Claims submitted after the applicable timeframe may not be eligible for coverage.
How to File a Claim
If your protected order is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@thenailavaultny.com and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Any relevant information regarding the shipment
To help speed up the claims process, you may be asked to provide supporting documentation, including:
- Photos of damaged items and packaging
- Images or video evidence related to theft or damage
- Police reports (if applicable)
- Additional documentation requested by the protection provider
Please retain all damaged items and original packaging until the claim has been fully resolved, as additional evidence may be required.
