Refund & Returns Policy

At The Vault Shop, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of certain products we sell, not all items are eligible for return.
  • Products may be eligible for return only if they are unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, the following products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, used or tampered with:

  • Essential oils
  • Fragrance oils
  • Liquid-based beauty products
  • Personal care products
  • Any product marked as non-returnable

Once the factory seal has been broken or the product has been used, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refund requests.

As with perfumes and similar personal-use products, customer preference regarding scent, texture, consistency, or personal experience does not qualify the product for return or refund.

Product Quality

All products sold by The Vault Shop are sourced from reputable manufacturers and arrive in factory-sealed packaging. We take reasonable measures to ensure products are stored and handled according to manufacturer recommendations before shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs & unboxing video of the product and packaging

We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
